How it Works & Pricing

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS - Offering ways to remain safe and continue working with our realtor partners and homeowners by offering virtual home styling consultations. 20-30 minute virtual consultations are complimentary for homes 2500 sq. ft. or less

IN-HOME CONSULTATIONS - We do a walk through of the property covering the curb to the backyard, taking notes and photos. Following the visit, within 3 business days, we provide a detailed and solid plan to get the property prepared. In-home consultations are complimentary for homes 2500 sq. ft. or less. One-time fee that will be applied to the final bill.

DESIGN DECK - Once we've had the initial walk-through and scope of work, we will begin to map out all decor and design aesthetics to present to you with a design deck, outlining each room.

SOURCING - Once we confirm the design plan, we will begin to source any new items and figure out how to repurpose anything you may already have. All cost of accessories and furniture..etc, will be passed onto the client and listed out on the invoice.

INSTALLATION - Once items have been sourced, we will begin to clear out and set up the items. Typically, all styling can be installed in 1-2 day unless otherwise discussed, depending on the scope of work.

PRICING - Costs are calculated by how much time the design overhaul will take, per room. Depending on the square footage and the scope of work, hourly rates begin at $45 per hour. Includes hours for sourcing and purchasing items, to setting up and clean up. On average, it will take 4-5 hours per standard room (not a large master). Flat rates per house are also often used to maximize your budget, all dependent upon what is entailed.
