Stylish decor and accessories, with a variety of design concepts. Furniture and accessory rentals are required for a minimum of 60 days, not to exceed 90 days. Monthly extensions are available. Includes delivery and set up of items within 1-2 days, and de-staging.

How it Works & Pricing
VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS - Offering ways to remain safe and continue working with our realtor partners and homeowners by offering virtual home styling consultations. 20-30 minute virtual consultations are complimentary for homes 2500 sq. ft. or less
IN-HOME CONSULTATIONS - We do a walk through of the property covering the curb to the backyard, taking notes and photos. Following the visit, within 3 business days, we provide a detailed and solid plan to get the property prepared. In-home consultations are complimentary for homes 2500 sq. ft. or less.
DESIGN DECK - Once we've had the initial walk-through and scope of work, we will begin to map out all decor and design aesthetics to present to you with a design deck, outlining each room.
INSTALLATION - Once the property is cleared and ready to be staged, we will begin the installation of all decor and furniture items. All staging is installed in 1 day unless otherwise discussed.
PRICING - Varies per square footage, rooms and areas that need staging. Staging packages are custom and start at $1,500 per 30 days.
